How the service works

This information is for veterinary surgeons wishing to refer a patient to us. If you are a pet owner, please see Information for Pet Owners.

• For all referrals simply call us on 01275 838473 with your client’s details, and we will make all the necessary arrangements for the referral visit.
• History, case notes and other relevant information can be sent to us by fax or email (see downloadable pdfs below).  Radiographs can be sent with the client on the day.
• You will receive a full report and treatment plan within 24 hours.  This report can be sent as an email, a fax and/or by post.
