Highcroft Veterinary Referrals can only accept referrals from a veterinary surgeon
If you think that your pet may need to see one of our referral vets, please contact your usual vet first.
If your pet has been referred to Highcroft Veterinary Referrals, your vet will send us your pet’s information so that our reception team can contact you to arrange an appointment.
On the day
On the day of your appointment, the clinician will see you for a consultation to discuss your pet’s history and perform a physical examination of your pet. Any recommendations will be discussed with you at this time on how best to proceed.
What you will need to bring to your pet’s appointment:
- If your pet is insured, please bring an insurance claim form and details of your policy - including policy number and limit
- X-rays (if your vet has provided you with them)
- Any home comforts for your pet if they are staying in overnight
- Means of payment if uninsured
