If your pet is insured, you will need to bring an insurance claim form with you to the appointment. These are available from your pet insurance company. Any excesses should be paid at the time of consultation/discharge. (We do have an insurance department to help with your claims and queries if required.)
If your pet is not insured, you will be given a brief estimate when you appointment is booked and a further, more informed, estimate at the time of consultation.
Payment will be expected at the time of discharge. (For all insured cases, we respectfully ask for the the payment of any excess.) Highcroft referrals accepts most debit and credit cards, cheques with a banker’s card and cash.
