Soft tissue surgery referrals

Juliet Pope BVSc CertSAS MRCVS has been running the soft tissue surgery department at Highcroft since obtaining her Certificate in Small Animal Surgery in 2004. She opened her services to all through Highcroft Veterinary Referrals in January 2010.

Juliet (pictured far right) enjoys all aspects of soft tissue surgery and is supported by a fantastic team of veterinary nurses with 24 hour nursing care for those patients requiring intensive monitoring.

• Oncological surgery (tumour removals)
• Portosystemic shunts
• Skin reconstructions – grafting etc
• Laryngeal tieback
• Soft palate resection and upper airway procedures
• Laparoscopy, thoracoscopy and cystoscopy
• Total ear canal ablation/lateral bulla osteotomy
• Gastric dilation/volvulus
• Perineal hernia repair
• Ectopic ureters
• Stapling procedures (liver and lung lobectomy/splenectomy/intestinal anastomoses)
• Perineal urethrostomy
